Hi everyone!
My name is Doris, and I am an approximately one year old Lakeland Terrier who came to SEDR as an unclaimed stray.
I have now been spayed, microchipped and restarted vaccines.
I am a lively affectionate girl who clearly hasn’t had much structured training or exposure to the outside world…so everything is new and I’m learning quickly!!
It’s unknown whether I have lived in a home before…so be prepared for housetraining.
I like to use my voice and will bark at other dogs and new things I haven't come across yet, but am able to focus with good timing and good treats!
I am friendly with other dogs (despite being a bit shouty initially….im just excited to say hi!
I would like to be the only dog in the home so my new home can focus purely on me and my training and so I don’t need to share all the good things that I may not have experienced before.
I will need a secure garden, and definitely no cats or small furries!
I can live with sensible children aged 10 plus.
I will make an absolutely amazing companion for someone who has the time to train me, the energy to properly exercise me and the love to cherish me!
