Rubix

Hi everyone!

My name is Rubix and I am a 5 year old lab cross Weimaraner.

I came to SEDR as a welfare case. I had a huge open wound on my chest, a flea infestation, overweight and heavily bred from.

I have now been neutered, re-started vaccinations and have been treated for worms and fleas. I am microchipped. 

I am an extremely friendly girl who greets every new human as an old friend. I can live with dog savvy children aged 8 and over. I cannot live with cats.

I am fine with calm dogs out on walks but will bark back if dogs bark at me, and can be strong on the lead in those moments! Otherwise I walk well on lead and enjoy my walks.

I am clean in my kennel and am a perfect patient at the vets.

I am nervous of getting into a car, and will need help to gain reassurance when travelling. 

I am looking for a home as the only dog, with someone at home for most of the day. I enjoy cuddles, snoozing and my walks.

I like to carry teddies around and have shown no signs of being destructive.
